"Dat Arno's driedelige longbox uit 2002 nauwelijks tien jaar later alweer wordt overruled door een nóg uitgebreidere box, bevestigt dat Arno alleen maar belangrijker is geworden. Zijn très bonte potpourri van blues, chanson en rock blijft uniek in de wereld en vooral de bonus-cd met remixes van pakweg Technotronic en duetten met onder meer Ray Davies illustreert hoezeer le plus beau ook internationaal meetelt. Met TC Matic heeft Arno de belpop zo'n beetje eigenhandig uitgevonden: Marcel Vanthilt was ooit roadie voor de band en onder meer Daan en Stijn Meuris zijn er voor het leven door beïnvloed. Arno redde en passant ook Adamo van de vergetelheid door zijn Les filles du bord de mer tot een hymne te verheffen en voor Stromae is Arno zonder twijfel een leidend voorbeeld." (****)
